Mark Trim is company director of Complex Travel Pty Ltd, parent company of QFlyer. Mark has been in the industry for 14 years, starting the company with wife Amy in 2008. After many years managing travel, Mark's taken a step back from consulting to now focus on the commercial side of the business and managing the team.
Amy started the Complex Travel Group with husband Mark in 2008 and is the unsung hero of the company, keeping everything running at the back-end. A travel agent by trade, Amy now dedicates her time to finance and HR responsibilities. Amy has a keen interest in dancing, fashion and likes to run in her spare time when not looking after their two children.
Daniela joined RoundAbout Travel with experience in retail and corporate travel, including handling bookings for government accounts. Daniela looks after booking administration for company director Mark Trim. Outside of the office she can usually be found at Adelaide Oval cheering on her beloved Port Power, in particular Travis Boak.
Danielle has 15 years experience in Tourism Marketing having previously worked for a travel magazine in London and a national accommodation chain before joining QFlyer. Kenny joined QFlyer as the IT Development manager for the Complex Travel Group. Kenny is a highly skilled in the areas of website development, IT project management and graphic design. When not behind a PC, Kenny enjoys playing social basketball.
Harriet joined the marketing team in 2019 and brings with her experience in social media and graphic design. When she’s not keeping everyone up to date on the latest airfare news and deals, she’s busy tending to her many plants, or planning her next trip to see Wimbledon, the Tour de France or the F1.
Jodie started with QFlyer after 3 years as a corporate travel consultant and over 10 years in wholesale ticketing. Jodie's fare and ticketing knowledge is second to none and in her spare time she passionately supports the Adelaide Crows.
Scott has over 10 years of experience in the travel industry both at airports and with major travel companies. Scott has keen interest in fitness, both working out and playing top level amateur football with an ever increasing passion for Tottenham Hotspur.
Susan has over 15 years experience in both retail and corporate travel. She has 2 young boys and enjoys watching their sporting endeavours on the weekend as well as being a keen runner and 36ers fan. Susan is always planning their next family holiday and currently has her eye on dog sledding in Canada.
Sasha has worked for over 10 years at a major travel firm before coming to us after a short stint in real estate. Sasha loves to relax with a Yoga session and is QFlyer's #1 Ed Sheeran fan. Having previously lived in the UK, Sasha visits the Motherland frequently and is regularly counting down to her next trip.
Fiona has over 11 years in the industry, working at Qantas business travel and for major corporate firms as a concierge agent to major CEOs. Fiona is as passionate about frequent flyer point accrual as she is for Kikki K stationary. Fiona currently works part time and job shares with Sasha.
Sarah has over 7 years experience as a travel agent, booking both personal and corporate travel. Outside of work and travelling the world, Sarah can be seen running around the Hockey field, or inside the clubhouse post match with a glass of red wine.
Adriana joined the Complex Travel Group in 2015 and has over 8 years experience as an Airfare Consultant. Recently returned from maternity leave, Adriana job shares with other team members in the office. Outside of work she's busy looking after her daughter and her sausage dog Chilli, and she's currently planning a big family trip to Europe.
Danny joined QFlyer in 2019 with over 13 years experience in the travel industry. Having worked in Canada for 5 years, Danny's favourite city to visit is Vancouver. Danny is a big AFL fan, attending most Port Power games throughout the year and coaching the Payneham Under 9s on the weekend. His next travel goal is a trip to Italy with his family.
Lee has over 16 years experience in the travel industry, the last 10 spent managing travel for large businesses with complex schedules. An avid AFL and Soccer fan, when Lee isn’t catching the professional games he’s coaching his son’s U7 team. Originally from the UK, Lee mostly travels to visit family and friends back in England, although he has promised the kids a trip to Discneyworld Florida, only if they behave.
