As part of British Airways continued investment in their customer experience they are introducing new and improved dining options from the London Gatwick Airport across both long and short haul flights and in all cabins.
Now available on all flights the new menu features dishes and recipes focused on local produce working closely with suppliers in the south of England to source the best quality ingredients.
The menus vary based on route and cabin, samples from the menu include -

- Roasted monkfish with tadka dal, pickled carrots, curry leaf and mustard coconut sauce
