Passengers transiting through the new Qantas Lounge at Perth International airport will enjoy stretching classes, jet lag reducing light therapy in the sower suits, and an outdoor terrace.
Preparing for the launch of Qantas’s no stop flight to London next week, the lounge has a focus on wellbeing during long haul travel and features a wellbeing studio with Yoga classes every 15 minutes pre and post flight, a refresh area with hydrating face products, and light therapy in the shower suites to help adjust your body clock and reduce jetlag.
Unique to the Perth lounge, passengers can dine in an open air terrace with a BBQ serving gourmet dishes from Neil Perry.
The lounge has capacity for 141 passengers and has a neutral palette inspired by the WA coastline with a curved ceiling enhancing natural light.
Seasonal menus will be created by Qantas resident chef, Neil Perry from Rockpool, including an outdoor BBQ with gourmet sausages from local Perth butcher Princi Smallgoods.
Hot and cold buffets serving light dishes are available serving health salad bowls, soup and crudites.
Drinks are available at the Quench hydration stations as well as from a full service bar stocked with premium beer and wine from across Australia.
Located in the new T3/T4 integrated domestic and international passenger hub at Perth Airport, the Perth International Transit lounge is open to business class passengers as well as eligible QFF members in transit from QF9 (Melbourne to London) and QF10 (London to Melbourne). It is also open to qualifying passengers starting their journey to London in Perth prior to boarding the nonstop dreamliner service.
