As part of the Qantas services during this unprecedented time, every passenger with an upcoming Qantas flight will now be sent a text message 24 hours prior to their departure. The move from Qantas is aimed at making it easier to change and arrange your bookings. The text message will give you the option to check-in or cancel your flight at that point.
Passengers who no longer wish to travel can choose to cancel and the value of your ticket will be placed into credit that can be used for travel with 12 months of purchase.
